Surprise for Ailyn.

Xiaoqian and I met at Parkway to get everything we needed for Ailyn's birthday surprise!!!!!
Helium balloons (In the colour of the US flag which is currently her favourite thing). Relighting candles. Small durian cake (WHICH SMELLS GROSS UGH I HATE DURIAN). A can of stuff that sprays stuff out haha I have no idea what it's called. Lighter.
We told her mum to make Ailyn be the one to open the door!!!! HAHAHA. She made like three wishes because she had to blow out the candles multiple times, which is good! Mm the earlier part of her birthday didn't start out too well..... BUT we managed to make her smile/ laugh in the end!
We went for dinner at Swenwen's with her family!! :) Haha after that I had to leave already.

Happy 16th birthday!!! I hope you like the present/ card/ surprise!!! "Bitch year LOL" wink wink! I love you...... Like a love song baby. Must remember everything Xiaoqian says so we can tease her again HAHAHA. Stay strong!!!

4. SAVE SAVE SAVE!!!!! Before I tell everyone how much you spent in like.. Two days. Your shopping list is really.... Quite scary. Do you know what I suggest you to do? Stay away from online shopping sites for a while okay hahaha PROBLEM SOLVED.

Lastly and most importantly.
Thank you for being such a good friend, constantly tolerating all my ranting for the past two years hahaha!!! I like how you trust me enough to confide in me and tell me your stories. Your life isn't all that sad. There are many things you can be happy about! Stay positive man!!! Don't worry, you'll definitely live for more than 30 years lor you pessimistic person.
How is it possible that through these years we've only remained as virtual friends?!?! I've only communicated with you through texting/ phone calls/ MSN/ Facebook but we've never met (On purpose) before. Have you realized. Huh.

Shows.

Hello!!! This is just gonna be a very short post hahaha!!! I'm gonna introduce my newly found loves.

1. Tamil/ Hindi shows!!!
My mum was watching Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (Which is translated to Something Happens THANK YOU WIKIPEDIA) so naturally I was watching it too! I think the songs are great, even though it appears in random times of the show. I can't understand what they're saying, but there are subtitles hehehe!!! The story line is pretty good too. Not THAT draggy although the show is quite long. Based on the Internet, it's a whooping 185 minutes!!!! LOL.
The show makes me wanna wear a saree and dance Bollywood!!!! The way they shake and move is damn cool man. They didn't do splits/ kicks/ technique-based movements but their steps are nice.
One more thing. I realized that Hindi people are really good-looking. I'm not even kidding.



Kajol is the female lead of the show hahaha. She is gorgeous!!! She has beautiful eyes too. Ah I think she looks so compatible with Shahrukh Khan!! (Look below) Or at least in the show they look like a great pair.



He's not the best-looking guy or anything, but he has this certain charisma that's very... Attractive :)

2. The Addams Family.
DAMN FREAKING HILARIOUS HAHAHAHAHA.
"This is humiliating. Why did I even marry you?" "Because I said yes!!!"
"Can I have the salt?" "What should we say?" "NOW."
The things that Wednesday and Pugsley do are the completely opposite of what we're taught to do. Morticia even told her to play with her food LOL!!!!! But that's what makes it so interesting!!!
Okay but even amongst all this violence/ eerie-ness, there's still a sense of affection between the fake Uncle Fester and the family :)
I'm not gonna continue talking about the show lest I make it seem like a Literature thing where I analyze everyone and every scene HAHAHA.

BBQ.

I met Ailyn and Xiaoqian in Parkway!!! We had a really nice time talking/ teasing one another hahaha I laughed SO hard my stomach ached!!!! All of us have pronunciation problems I'm serious.
Packet = Capket
Dark chocolate = Dark oclate (It became octet on the next day NO JOKE LOL)
Rubber band = Rabba band
In the evening, I headed to East Coast Park for Junjie's birthday party!!!! He booked a BBQ pit there hehe. I spent my entire time chatting and doing nothing else trololol. 99% of the people there were familiar faces so it wasn't awkward, which was good :) Time passed so quickly man the two hours I spent there felt like no more than 10 minutes.
My mum picked me up at midnight whoop whoop!!! How sacrificial hehe.

































Ailyn told me a joke which I need to share, just to show just how lame she is.

This grandma was about to die so she had some last words for her son/ grandson/ daughter/ grand daughter. She said, "After I die, please remember to take care of my farm. Don't forget to feed the farm animals. Don't forget to water the crops. Don't let anything die!!!" She passed them a box. They thought it contained the key to her farm, but actually there was a piece of paper inside.

Guess what was written on the piece of paper!!!

3rd September.

He stood there, in the rain, holding hand-made boards that read 'HAPPY 1ST MONTH LET'S LAST LONG I LOVE YOU'
My heart melted :') I could've sworn I felt like the luckiest girl in the world.



All I made for him was a small little card :( HAHAHA. But I pasted my picture on it so that he could look at it whenever he missed me.

Air Supply.

Hello!!! Have I mentioned how much I love Air Supply? I honestly think they're one of the best bands ever :-) If I had one day in the 1980s, I would wanna visit their concert.
Russell Hitchcock and Graham Russell are amazing.





Favourite song among all of them - Even the Nights are Better.
Just watch them sing 20 years ago....... So lively and energetic.



Great vocals. Amazed.
I've watched videos of their recent performances and I'm like.. WOW. It's not easy singing such songs at their age!!!

Catch Up.

Denise came over to my house for wanton mee, which didn't taste good. So that sucked. We went to Parkway to get bubble tea hehehe she was talking about colours VIBRATING in her stomach. After eating M&Ms. You know. Okay never mind. We took a bus down to Scape :) The shops on the highest level of Cineleisure are TO DIE FOR, especially Rockstar!!! The acid washed bags from Baggu oh my goodness! We got Ailyn a cute tote bag as her birthday present hoho.

Oh I told Denise something damn sweet!
"Only best friends can share Best Fries Forever." HAHAHA I love Curry Favour! No joke.

The next destination was T3! I love the airport but it was so crowded that day. Settled down at the basement and did some work haha Denise was damn cranky because of Chem!!! She admitted it herself.

Yuling - Bring your wallet along, then can go Popeyes.
Denise - Why must we go to Popeyes! Okay actually we must go because it's damn nice.
(After 5 minutes)
Denise - I don't feel like eating. Let's play with the trolley!!! But go so many people.. Aiya never mind.

Ailyn came at about 6 haha forever late lor this girl. We gave her the present YAY first ones. Very kiasu but whatever hehe.
























It was supposed to be a very nice "I AM COOL" but this Ailyn Kwang couldn't stop laughing!!! Even before the marker touched her skin, she would burst out laughing. So it looked like "I AM CODI."



I drew this mustache but it was uneven so I went like, "Mother chicken nehneh."
Then Denise said that I was vulgar.
EH GUESS WHAT AMAZING COMEBACK I CAME UP WITH!!!
"Tell me. Which one of these words - Mother, chicken or nehneh - is vulgar?"
HAHAHAHAHAHA :-)

All in all, Denise's unusual + cranky behaviour was very... Amusing.
