pearl's birthday surprise!!!

the girls came over to tp with a balloon + card + cake. while they hid in one corner, i went to lure her over hahaha "can you follow me to the book shop for a while" LOL i'm such a sneaky little liar.
after that, we went over to sushi express! the salmon is really fresh, but up till now i've never had raw salmon that was SO good, it left a huge impression. oh but their grilled salmon is to freaking die for!!! it was a tiny bit burnt (i honestly think it was done on purpose) and had just a small amount of sauce on the top. i was damn sad that i could only get one plate of it...... you actually have to tell the waiter to request for it.  they didn't have sushi with crabmeat inside :-( that's my favourite dish hahaha.
lastly, we walked around raffles city, hunting for people to help us take group shots hehe. 
it was such a happy day, i couldn't stop laughing at all our jokes. franny and i had this bimbo thing going on with all our hair flips and ridiculous conversations it was so fun!!! LOL.

this "dessert" thing is so good!!!! it's like frozen cream in a ball of delicious-ness. i swear, we had 13 plates of this altogether. we counted.

ailyn and denise came over for lunch (we had mee hoon kueh, yum!) and we went over to bugis street to shop!

my fringe was annoying the hell out of me so i pinned it up. it's at a phase where the length is neither short nor long, compared to my actual hair length. haven't decided what i'm gonna do with it...... we'll see.























we bumped into muttiah at the bus stop, when they were sending me off!

surprised my ruby boy with this xbox game -- NBA 2K13 hehe. i knew he wanted it, but i was so bent on making it extra unexpected.
my plan was to leave it on his bed, alongside with a small note. but he got home early so that idea failed. then i wanted to leave it at the gate, but it just so happened that he was walking from the kitchen to his room. so he saw me...... i swear i'm better at surprises than this.
maybe it was fate that we had to see each other. at least i got to see his reaction :-)


i also surprised my mum with this handbag insert! i told her that i would get it for her after i get my pay (which is around the 10th, next month) and when she told me about the size/ colour i pretended not to care at all.
and then on the next day i swung the plastic bag around and she was so happy!!! hehe.



i love giving surprises. i love seeing people happy and appreciative!!! i have made it my life's mission to give people surprises as often as possible! 

i got dressed up for a photoshoot with the girls, but it got rescheduled again..... curling my hair takes effort! i really wanna perm my hair (permanently) but i can't find the time/ place. someone needs to recommend me to good saloons.
